Fried Fish Masala Recipe
Ingredients :-

Fish pieces - ½ kg |

Tomato - 1 |

Green Chilli - 4 |

Onion - 1 |
| |
Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp |
| |
Shallot - 2 |
| |
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp |
| |
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp |
| |
Coconut pieces - ½ cup |
| |
Curry Leaves - 2 stem |
| |
Fennel - ½ tsp |
| |
Oil- Required to fry |
| |
Dalda - 1 heaped tblsp |
| |
Salt- to taste |

Method :-
| |
Clean the fish, and marinate with salt and red chili powder and fry it in oil till it is half fried. |

Heat oil in a pan and fry coconut till it turns golden brown |
| |
Now add the shallot, fennel, red chili powder, coriander powder, fry till it just turns hot |

Allow it to cool and grind this mixture. |

Heat dalda in a pan and fry onion, green chilli and sliced tomato. |
| |
To this add the grinded mixture, turmeric powder and salt and water as required and bring it to boil. |

Now add half fried fish, and stir gently till the fish gets cooked . |
| |
Then add curry leaves and remove from fire. |
