Fried Fish Masala Recipe
Ingredients :-
 
  • Fish pieces - ½ kg
  •  
  • Tomato - 1
  •  
  • Green Chilli - 4
  •  
  • Onion - 1
  •  
  • Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
  •  
  • Shallot - 2
  •  
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  •  
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  •  
  • Coconut pieces - ½ cup
  •  
  • Curry Leaves - 2 stem
  •  
  • Fennel - ½ tsp
  •  
  • Oil- Required to fry
  •  
  • Dalda - 1 heaped tblsp
  •  
  • Salt- to taste
  • Fried Fish Masala Recipe
    Method :-
     
  • Clean the fish, and marinate with salt and red chili powder and fry it in oil till it is half fried.
  •  
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry coconut till it turns golden brown
  •  
  • Now add the shallot, fennel, red chili powder, coriander powder, fry till it just turns hot
  •  
  • Allow it to cool and grind this mixture.
  •  
  • Heat dalda in a pan and fry onion, green chilli and sliced tomato.
  •  
  • To this add the grinded mixture, turmeric powder and salt and water as required and bring it to boil.
  •  
  • Now add half fried fish, and stir gently till the fish gets cooked .
  •  
  • Then add curry leaves and remove from fire.
